How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
Typically, carpets will take about 4 to 12 hours to dry completely. Factors such as temperature, humidity and air circulation can influence drying time, but we ensure to minimize any inconvenience.
What should I do to prepare for a carpet cleaning appointment?
Please remove any small items and furniture from the area to be cleaned. For larger furniture, our team can assist with moving it as needed. In most cases however, larger furniture does not require moving as carpeting underneath furniture is not affected by traffic patterns that cause soil accumulation and stains. We also recommend vacuuming before our arrival for the best results.
