Appointments are confirmed once you receive our confirmation message

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations

A fee of $50 may apply for late cancellations or no-shows

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or unforeseen circumstances


2.3 Service Areas


We provide services within the Kansas City metro area. Additional travel fees may apply outside our primary service area.


3. Pricing and Payment


3.1 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice

Final pricing may vary based on room size, condition, and required treatments

Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled areas, pet stains, or special treatments

We will provide a clear estimate before beginning work


3.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services

We accept cash, credit cards and in some cases checks

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of service

Late payments may incur additional fees


4. Customer Responsibilities


4.1 Preparation


Customers agree to:

Provide accurate room measurements and condition descriptions

Remove valuable and fragile items before service

Inform us of any special conditions (pet stains, damage, etc.)

Ensure reasonable access to service areas


4.2 Property Conditions

You must inform us of any pre-existing damage or conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage

You must ensure proper ventilation during and after service


5. Service Guarantee


5.1 Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Issues must be reported within 3 days of service

We will re-clean areas of concern at no additional charge

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis


5.2 Limitations

We do not guarantee:

Removal of all stains or damage

Complete restoration of heavily worn or damaged areas

Results on improperly maintained or previously damaged carpets


6. Liability


6.1 Service Liability


We maintain appropriate insurance coverage

We are not liable for normal wear and tear

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions

Maximum liability is limited to the cost of services provided


6.2 Property Access


You grant us permission to enter your property at scheduled times

You will ensure safe working conditions

You will secure pets during service

Follow-up satisfaction surveys
